Are you passionate about ensuring workplace safety and compliance? Do you thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We're seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment Administrator to join our client's team on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

Role:
As Health, Safety, and Environment Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations by maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the training compliance matrix, ensuring all employees receive required safety training, including booking refresher courses for external training for operators to maintain certification (Fire safety, FLT, First Aid etc)
- Completing auditing processes to assess HSE performance and compliance.
- Conducting data entry and interpretation of HSE-related information.
- Spotting data trends that affect the HSE performance of the business and highlighting these to the relevant departmental heads.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
- Conducting regular safety inspections and audits.
- Maintaining accurate records of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
- Coordinating HSE training programs for employees.
- Liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Supporting the HSE Manager in various administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- IOSH qualified and/or solid Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
