Customer Service and Admin Apprentice

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Covering reception desk, including telephone and face-to-face enquiries
- Assisting in running the volunteer centre, including volunteer recruitment processes, arranging meetings and minute taking
- Helping the Operations Lead to set up training and conferencing
- Working across a number of projects to develop and update social media and Newsletter
- Arranging work across the organisation's buildings, liaising with multiple contractors to gain quotes, analysing quotes, produce report of findings to present to the Operations Lead
- Ordering stationery or equipment
- Helping the Membership Services team to manage and input data on databases
- Supporting team members at external events
- Working with the payroll team to process payroll and produce HMRC reports
- Coach new staff members in Operational Processes
- Any other ad hoc duties appropriate to the needs of the business
