We have a proven track record within the Service Charge Arrears team of helping people achieve their qualification, whilst gaining vital skills and knowledge to be able to undertake their day to day duties.
The Service Charge Arrears is responsible for the effective support and assistance with Encore’s whole portfolio of Estates. This role forms a vital part of the team, and involves interaction with Leaseholders, Debt Collection Agencies and Estate Managers, as well as other colleagues within the client accounting function.

**Key Success Requirements**:

- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and diary management
- Excellent numeracy/analytical skills and competency in dealing with financial information
- Excellent communication skills - letter writing and the written and verbal presentation of information
- Excellent computer skills - Proficient in all Microsoft programmes and competent in mail merging.
- Excellent Team Working - Ability to build working relationships with employees across the organisation.

Please not the apprenticeship will require 1 day a week of study and 4 days a week working in our Cambridge office.
