**The Company**

**The Role**
The Finance Administrator role is a vital part of keeping the business Operations running smoothly. Working closely with the Finance, Operations and Account Managers, Finance Support will ensure the smooth completion of a deal by; maintaining accurate customerrecords, preparing financial documents, liaising with internal underwriters, suppliers, customers and lenders, submission and timely receipt of commission.
**Main Duties & Functions**
- Answering & re-directing Inbound phone calls
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and lenders on the telephone
- Requesting Documentation & Information from external parties
- Raising & issuing purchase orders and quotes
- Maintain customer records in line with company procedure
- Taking payment details and processing payments
- Commission invoicing & credit control
- Arranging & recording asset inspections
- Issuing welcome packs
**Required Skills**:
All relevant training is given, and the role requires the following underpinning skills:
- Competent Microsoft Windows and Office user
- Strong Excel skills
- Ideally Microsoft Dynamics
- Clear verbal & written communication skills
- Confident communicator - both via telephone and in person
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative and make intelligent, reasoned decisions under pressure
- Problem solver - think outside the box whilst adhering to legislation and processes
- Maintain accurate records and customer files
- Punctuality and effective time-management
- Emotionally intelligent and able to work with others
- Able to work as part of a team and as an individual
**Experience**
There is no specific experience required, although previous experience in office, finance or operations administration is preferred.
