We are looking for a creative and resourceful Digital Media Assistant to join our digital marketing team and help us create and deliver engaging, highly optimized content with the aim of increasing our brand awareness and boosting sales and revenue.

As a Digital Media Assistant, you’ll help us achieve that goal by assisting in the content creation and optimization process, uploading content pieces to our social media accounts, and collecting relevant performance data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Brainstorming new ideas and participating in content development through the creation of engaging written, graphic, and video content that fosters audience interaction, boosts website traffic, and increases audience base
- Ensuring the content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
- Updating our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and/or LinkedIn
- Assisting with large projects and social media campaigns by conducting research and compiling information
- Analyzing performance data and writing reports on the success of our projects
- Handling administrative tasks, including social media calendar management and content scheduling
- Keeping up with the new social media trends and features, such as TikTok/Instagram Reels/Twitter Spaces
- Communicating with our target audience on social media by responding to messages, comments, and queries

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar fields is desirable but not essential
- Experience in the role of Digital Media Assistant or other digital marketing roles is a plus
- Experience with different design platforms and tools, such as Canva/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe InDesign is desirable
- Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics/ Google Ad Manager/Google Ad Words is preferable
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- A keen interest in Media Marketing
