As a rapidly growing startup, with clients based both in the UK and US, we’re on the lookout for an exceptional Graphic Designer with a focus on content creation to join our small, inclusive and dynamic team on our journey to become the UK’s #1 Digital Marketing Agency.

**Your Role**

We are looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer to join our driven & ambitious team. Reporting directly to our Head of Content, the responsibilities for this role will include:

- Creating visuals, graphics and videos for our clients’ social media accounts, websites and blogs.
- Supporting the creation and development of our clients’ brand identity, including guidelines, documentation, colours schemes, logos and font packages.
- Creating branded slide decks and visual assets for our clients to use within their organisation.
- Supporting the creation and delivery of effective social media strategies for our clients.

**What we need from you**
- Essential: _
- Confident understanding of design for digital ads, social media and other digital collateral.
- Proven, hands-on experience with digital design & creative tools including: Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Indesign or other.
- The ability to support a content team with creative social strategy sessions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet tight deadlines.
- A competent understanding of social media & ability to contribute to an effective digital content strategy.
- Creative thinker with a nous for the latest social trends and campaigns.
- A ‘can-do’ attitude, a strong desire to improve your skills and a commitment to professional development.
- Preferable: _
- Relevant Experience in a Graphic Design Role or Similar.
- Strong written and verbal ability, with the knowledge to create compelling copy for a range of sectors and audiences.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
