You do not need to have previous experience in this type of role, as full training will be given. **What does working as a Assembly Operative entail?
**The role can be quite repetitive, but it is a fast-paced role so required someone who is able to remain focused and working to the highest of standards.**:

- Working on the assembly line
- working to standard work instructions
- Assembling automotive components
- Working at a fast pace to set standards
- Completing quality checks on products
You must be able to read and follow detailed instructions and have a keen eye for detail whilst under a time constraint.
**Working hours for Assembly Operatives**:

- Rotating Shifts - Monday to Friday
- 06:00 - 14:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
- 22:00 - 06:00
- 37.5 hours a week
- Overtime available at enhanced rates
