Cook/baker

We are looking for a cook/baker who can run our kitchen 5 days a week, 8-4.30pm.
You will be someone who has experience in the kitchen and capable to work under pressure in a busy environment.
Our cafe is run on a social enterprise model and we support a number of volunteers who are gaining vital skills for life and work. You will be someone who is patient, kind and caring with this unique work environment.
This job will include using fresh local produce where possible and will include baking for our cake cabinet and our savoury lunch options.
A willingness to work hard in a friendly environment. The post will include some weekend work and holiday cover too.
