Utopia Cafe is looking to bolster its all round support team as we get back in the swing of our much loved cafe culture here in Inverness.

We're looking for high performing members to join our superstar team, to help continue steer this independent venture to continued success. If you have a passion for good food, fantastic coffee and serving and engaging with loyal customers, please read on.

This role will be approximately 30-35 hours a week with the opportunity for more hours over the busy summer period, if desired.

There's also an opportunity for a part-time position - 15-25 hours, including weekends.

Tips/gratuity is shared out amongst the team and you can earn an extra £25-£50 per week on top of the salary.

**What you need for this role**
- Aged 21 or over
- Ideally be an experienced all rounder who's got background in hospitality or customer service, in a busy establishment that’s fast paced and lively.
- Ideally you’ll have expert barista skills, with latte art and coffee calibration experience being a bonus. Or you might’ve worked in a busy kitchen or have some sort of experience in baking or cooking. You could also be a talented home-baker or budding chef-in-the-making Enthusiasm counts for a lot in this role.
- You’ll need to be flexible with your work patterns and schedule and be able to work weekends and late evenings in the summer.
- Be fully dedicated and able to work in a tight knit, hard working team to ensure Utopia's continued success.

You'll need bags of enthusiasm and energy and pride yourself on being a real "people" person - someone who genuinely enjoys going that extra mile to give that level above sort of customer service

You'll be a big part of delivering the top notch customer experience we pride ourselves on, so you'll need to be a confident personality who uses initiative when under pressure.
