Taylor Stevenson are proud to be working with well known waste management service who are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service administrator to join their team.

**Responsibilities-**
- Assist with completion of daily documentation and provide detailed information to update our systems.
- Resolve customer needs and inquiries, by reporting and analysing activity and ensuring all queries are logged via the CRM Case Management System.
- Handling and monitoring customer cases conducting root cause analysis through the cause, effect, solution method and provide ongoing solutions.
- Close interaction with customers as part of the Customer Service Team for transaction processing, status updates and investigations.
- Adhere to all Customer and Company SLA’s and achieving any KPI’s set.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
- Monitoring timely dispatch from drivers and facility to processing data, including end of day documentation.
- Help build and maintain morale at the plant level.
- Co-ordinate deliveries to customer sites.
- Establishment of critical control points and control monitoring to ensure accuracy of data flowing through to Billing
- Excellent management and resolution of customer complaints and missed pickups
- Capture, documentation, and standard training of all ‘best practice’ processes
- Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests and queries from all 3rd parties both internally and externally
- Receive, document, investigate and resolve customer, employee and/or vendor concerns/complaints, elevating serious issues to direct Supervisor(s).
- Generate reports on an as needed basis for the leadership team

**Skills-**
- 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience within retail or hospitality or corporate will be considered
- Service orientated with the highest level of regard for customers
- Proven success with improving customer retention and satisfaction
- Intermediate to Advance with computer systems (Microsoft office suite, etc.)
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Transport experience is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Monday
- Friday 8am-4pm

Salary increase and bonus when taken on permanent
