- Vacancy ID 13174- We are currently recruiting for a temporary Receptionist for a central university department.- Duties include:
- Maintain front of house security, ensuring that unauthorised persons do not enter the building and reporting any suspicious incidents to Oxford University Security Services; store lost property securely, disposing of lost items after a suitable period of time.
- Accept and sort incoming post, forwarding items on as necessary; sign for incoming parcels, notifying recipients and storing items securely; maintain up to date lists to enable timely distribution
- Add new staff and student card details to the building card access system (training will be provided); ensure expired cards are removed
- Make room bookings using the electronic system and respond to queries in a timely manner

- The Temporary Staffing Service supports University of Oxford departments and affiliated colleges with the recruitment of temporary admin and clerical staff. Personal information provided to the University of Oxford is held in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and related UK data protection legislation._
