Who we are looking for

A Responsible Gambling Support Specialist who will be responsible for completing effective risk assessments in order to accurately identify linked users in accordance with Company Responsible Gambling policies and procedures.

The Responsible Gambling Support (GM) team supports the Company’s Responsible Gambling strategy through the identification of linked users.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and evolving team and to support the business in a key area. The role offers a great opportunity for career progression and personal growth within an award winning gambling company.

This position is available on a full time basis and you will be required to work any 5 days from 7, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. In return, we offer a competitive salary, a generous bonus scheme and a wide range of other fantastic benefits.

Preferred skills and experience

Strong attention to detail to achieve and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Willingness to learn

Ability to multi task as part of a fast paced environment; working both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to problem solve.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word MS Office programmes.

Interest in regulatory requirements including responsible gambling measures and specific country licensing conditions.

Main Responsibilities

Risk assessing alerts against linked and matched user/s in line with the company’s Responsible Gambling policies and procedures.

Recognising when responsible gambling controls must be applied and ensuring this is done correctly.
