**It’s no secret that there are endless opportunities for people in working in care - so why choose us?**
Capability Scotland offer care, support & education to disabled people across Scotland. Besides the endless job satisfaction you’ll get from helping people with their personal & practical needs, your day will be filled with fun community based activities with our customers from going shopping, to the football, the cinema or having a giggle at our games or themed days.
**We have full time, part time and relief vacancies in our numerous residential services within Dunfermline & Rosyth.**
**We can offer a variety of shifts from dayshifts (7am-2pm), backshifts (2pm-10pm), nightshifts and even school hours or evenings and weekends. We are happy to consider any availability.**
**Don’t let concerns over experience or availability hold you back.** Our services are client led, based on their individual needs and planned community based activities, meaning we need to have staff on hand with a variety of skills & availability to meet their needs.
**New to care?**
If you have strong caring values; you are kind, inclusive, open, honest, aspirational and creative - you don’t need experience. We will invest in you so you can bring out the best in the people we support. Whilst experience is desirable, you will receive in-depth training, specific to the individuals who you will be caring for. We also offer paid SVQs and numerous pathways for career progression. Most of our Senior Management team have worked in all roles, meaning they are present in the services and understand how things are, particularly in these challenging times.
**What is a Support Worker?**
We support people with a variety of complex disabilities to live independently in our bright, fully adapted, residential settings based in Dunfermline centre and Rosyth. In these beautiful settings, each individual has their own bedroom, private or jack & jill bathrooms and shared communal spaces. You will be supporting our customers on either 1-1 or group care; your day will include helping them with their personal care, dressing, medication, mobility, mealtimes and participating in their chosen activities for that day.
