**Working Pattern**: 4 days a week in the office, one day worked from home

**Are you an immediately available HR Manager seeking an interim contract for 3-6 months?**

A leading Newbury based organisation is seeking an experienced HR professional to join on an interim basis, to ensure all business as usual HR is undertaken in an effective manner. With a welcoming and friendly culture, this position will be an interestingassignment for an accomplished HR generalist seeking a broad and varied role.

Leading the HR function for the UK arm of this global business, you will be responsible for:

- Partnering with Heads of Business to ensure HR related activities are undertaken including recruitment of staff, onboarding, staff training and development
- Line management of a HR Coordinator
- Leading and participating in interviews to ensure a fair and compliant process
- Handling all employee relations-related activities including grievance, disciplinary, performance management, managing absence, sickness
- Overseeing the payroll checking process with the input of the HR Coordinator
