The University of Liverpool Management School (ULMS) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Management Services Administrator, on a 2-year fixed-term contract. This post is also available to University of Liverpool staff as a secondment opportunity. Please discuss with your current line manager before applying.

You will be a key member of the Management Services team, with specific responsibility for Recruitment and HR, you will also provide support for the School¿s Safety Team. You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to work flexibly. Strong administration skills with attention to detail are essential as you will be contributing to a high performing team. You will be expected to work effectively using your own initiative and to work collaboratively with colleagues across the University. You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above including English Language (or equivalent qualification/experience). The post is available for 2 years, working 35 hours per week, full-time. This role is available on a hybrid working basis, involving both campus-based and home working with a minimum expectation of two days on campus per week to meet the business needs.
