Position: DHL Warehouse Team Leader
Location: HMP Ford, BN18 0BX
Shift: 40 Hours, Monday to Friday, Days
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

**PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to under-go an enhanced DBS check and a 5 year housing and work background check if you are to be successful for this position.**

You will play an integral and leading role in offender's lives, where you will work with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation in a warehouse environment. - Full UK driving license, manual
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Able to work in a demanding environment, will be lifting up to 20kg
- Previous warehouse or retail experience
- Flexibility needed as Bank Holidays are worked

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- When needed, you will be required to drive 3.5t Luton van
- To ensure operational KPI's are met and exceeded
- Working in a prison environment
- To reconcile stock levels, picking and packing up to 20kg
- To look at projects / initiatives for continuous improvement
- Managing a group of Prisoners in a work environment
