Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an industry leading manufacturer, in their search for **Reach and Counterbalance FLT Driver** for their busy manufacturing site based in **Deeside.**

**For the successful Reach and Counterbalance FLT Driver our client is offering**:

- £14.41 per hour, basic pay with £19.86 per hour overtime pay
- Week 1 days Mon, Tue, Wed 6am-6pm and Thu 6am-2pm, Week 2 nights Mon-Wed 6pm-6am
- Temp to Perm
- Every weekend off
- Plenty of overtime opportunities available
- Immediate inductions available
- Free parking on site

**The Role - Reach and Counterbalance FLT Driver**:

- Loading and unloading of a wide variety of materials
- Moving goods from one place to another
- Performing daily maintenance and safety checks
- Maintaining a clean, unobstructed work area, and report any health or safety issues to supervisors
- Handballing and other warehouse duties
- Following established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.

**What we are looking for in a Reach and Counterbalance FLT Driver**:

- Previous experience working as an FLT Driver - **ESSENTIAL**:

- Full in-date Counterbalance and Reach FLT license - **ESSENTIAL**:

- Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks
- The ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to work well as part of a team.
