Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Manufacturing company in their search for an experienced
**Counterbalance**
**FLT Operative** to work in
**Mold.**

**For the successful FLT Operative our client is offering**:
i. £10.91 per hour

ii. The shifts are Monday to Thursday 0700 - 1900, There will be a night rotation of 2 weeks in 12 working 1900 - 0700 Monday to Thursday inclusive.

iii. Overtime opportunities are available.

iv. Overtime is paid at time/third over standard hours.

v. Temporary to Permanent positions

**The Role: FLT Operative**
i. Manoeuvring forklifts safely in a busy manufacturing facility.

ii. Accurately logging the movement of all the raw materials, packaging, and finished goods using the stock control system.

iii. Safely stacking and unstacking large quantities of finished goods onto narrow racking.

iv. Delivering raw materials to production lines in a timely manner to avoid production down-time.

v. Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage area.

vi. Regularly checking forklift equipment for faults or damage.

vii. Using industrial plastic wraps and wooden pallets to safely stack and package goods for transport.

viii. Ramp loading finished goods for dispatch.

**What our client is looking for in a FLT Operative**

i. RTITB Counterbalance FLT License-ESSENTIAL

ii. Experience of using computerized stock control systems is preferred but not essential.

iii. Thrive on working in a fast paced, high pressured and targeted environment.

iv. Excellent attention to detail.

v. A professional approach and attitude.

vi. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.

vii. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
