Servomex, the world leader in gas analysis, are excited to be recruiting for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Administrator to support in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies across the global business based out of the UK Technical Centre (UKTC) Crowborough, East Sussex.

This is a part time role working up to 15 hours per work. The strong preference is for someone to work their hours over 3- 4 days per week. A hybrid working schedule is applicable for this role.

About the Opportunity:

- Writing and posting job adverts to be published internally and externally via Workday and other external platforms/sources including social media
- Maintaining the job board in the UKTC (UK Technical Centre)
- Meeting and greeting interviewees to the UKTC and performing/verifying Right to Work checks within government guidelines or ensuring this check is carried out by other members of the HR team
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly recruitment reports and other ad-hoc reports
- Suggestion and implementation of amendments to procedures and processes for both ease of use - and to adhere to new legislation (e.g. reference numbering vacancies, amendments of ‘Ethics at Interview’ process and documentation and documentation storage for GDPR)
- Supporting the HR Advisors in drafting contracts of employment as and when required

About your Talent:
Essential Experience and Skills:

- Strong administrative skills with experience of working with a demanding and varied workload
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Superior organisation skills and a detail-oriented focus with the ability to effectively prioritise
- An ability to develop effective relationships internally and externally
- Experience of working within a high volume, fast paced environment
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable Experience, Education and Skills:

- Experience of dealing with sensitive and confidential information/ data
- Experience of using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - experience with Workday would be a significant advantage.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and visa processes, and the impact/requirements on resourcing

Location: UKTC, Crowborough
- East Sussex

Type of Employment: Part time, up to 15 hours per week over 3-4 working days

Work Schedule: Eligible for Hybrid Working
