**Location**:London, England, United Kingdom (required to work from the client's offices in Canary Wharf or Northampton at least twice a week, on a Wednesday and Thursday)

**ROLE MISSION**

Working in partnership with our client, the Senior Motion Designer/video editor will be helping with digital content, social and video comms solutions for a global financial services client. You will relish the opportunity to immerse yourself into the client's brands, while using your post-production, design expertise and people skills to jump straight into a vibrant and creative video production environment. As part of our on-site team, you'll be working closely with designers, project managers, copywriters, creatives, producers, group-wide production resources and partner agencies in executing high-quality video and motion content.

**THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF...**
- You're a highly collaborative self-starter who thrives dealing with multiple projects of varying lengths and scopes.
- You will have ample experience in delivering digital video content, across a range of platforms and markets, as well as having a creative and innovative can-do approach to the work you do.
- As this role can be client facing, you may be working closely with both internal stakeholders and clients, as such a professional attitude and flexible working approach is essential

**ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING**
- You'll be primarily based at home, but will be required to work from the client's offices in Canary Wharf or Northampton at least twice a week, on a Wednesday and Thursday with the wider team.
- You'll have regular contact with the rest of the team, and your work will be allocated through the Traffic / Workflow team.
- You'll need great connectivity at home and you will be supplied with a Laptop

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE**
- Overseeing animation and motion output
- Using your creative flair to create engaging motion graphics and 2D animation
- Working directly with our creative teams both as part of a team and independently
- Creating assets for motion graphic projects alongside graphic designers
- Ensuring all video and motion work complies with client's brand guidelines
- Responding to urgent requests for amends, encodes and delivery
- Ensuring that server naming and archiving conventions are adhered to
- Subtitling videos and animations for delivery where required
- Enhancing our client's video footprint and outreach

**WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL**
- Typically 4+ years proven track record within a production agency or production company
- An excellent 2D animation and motion graphics skillset
- Ability to gain respect, trust and confidence of senior management, partners and clients
- Excellent knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects. Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
- Good understanding of codecs and encoding techniques for a wide variety of platforms
- A background in re-versioning and re-editing assets for new channels
- Ability to keep on top of multiple edits with multiple delivery outputs and formats
- Solid understanding of the strengths and limitations of various digital channels
- To be expert in post-production workflows, best practices and collaboration tools
- 3D workflow experience is a plus, but not a requirement
- Have a keen interest in cutting-edge production technologies/products - particularly emerging AI platforms and opportunities
