MATERIALS & DISTRIBUTION OFFICER

AliveDx are recruiting for a Materials & Distribution Officer to join our Inventory Management team based near Penicuik (EH26 0BF). This role entails the receipt, picking and distribution of raw material in our warehouse area and the picking and packing of finished product for onward distribution to Quotient customers. The role is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week with flexible working options.
YOUR MISSION

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- To select, package and dispatch product in line with sales plan and customer expectations, liaising with shippers as appropriate.
- To maintain finished product stocks in line with procedures ensuring discrepancies and expired stocks are processed in a timely manner.
- To receipt, maintain and deliver all stocks within the warehouse using active stock management systems and in line with company procedures/systems.
- Responsible for the maintenance and use various vehicles within the company.

YOUR COMPETENCIES
- Experience within a Stores / Distribution / Warehousing environment desirable.
- Educated to standard grade or equivalent.
- Numeracy / mathematical skills.
- Valid Driving Licence is essential.
- Experience working in regulated environment desirable.
