Our client who are based in Alfreton, Derbyshire are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join their team.

**As the new Graphic Designer your responsibilities will include**:

- Creating eye catching visuals and artwork digitally and for print on a variety of products and activities
- Website / Webpages
- Advertising for a variety of media formats
- Designing brochures and literature
- Marketing collateral / posters / signage
- Product packaging
- Exhibitions stands, banners.
- POS displays
- Corporate communications / presenter materials
- Corporate identity / visual branding
- Film and studio photography.

**Requirements**:

- Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair
- Proven work experience as a graphic designer, designer, or similar role.
- Portfolio of completed design projects.
- Hands-on experience with image editing software, like photo shop and adobe illustrator.
- Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign / other)
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours fonts and layouts.
- Ability to write high-quality content as required.
- Attention to visual details.
- A flexible approach when working with teams.
- Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to colleagues.
- Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs.
- Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at once.
- Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
- Effective networking skills to build contacts.

**About the role**:

- Monday - Friday
- £27,000 Per Annum
- BSc Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
- Full UK Driving Licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year
