Radius is looking for an energetic, forward thinking Graphics Designer to join the Marketing Team, working with the Head of Marketing to play a critical role in achieving growth plans of the business, including the entire rebrand of the organisation. There is a transition taking place to evolve the company to be progressive and proactive in capturing the needs of the gas, water and construction markets. We supply pipes and fixtures for pipelines to meet the changing demands of society, empowering company’s to power forward major infrastructure changes in areas such as renewable energy and overcome challenges like water shortages.

The Graphics Designer role is to expand and mature the graphical representation of the company both externally and internally, through traditional and digital marketing channels. There is an opportunity to make a huge impact and delivery significant value to the business. As marketing moves into embracing digital, there will also be an important aspect of implementing digital marketing campaigns. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in design software, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


**Overall responsibility**:

- Support and collaboration with the Radius Group of companies to develop and own innovative concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate our brand message.
- Ensure brand consistency by adhering to established design guidelines and standards.


**Detailed tasks**
- Translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual representations.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Work with suppliers to deliver physical and digital assets such as printers.
- Supports the Radius sales team with preparation of material, including POS for the Radius Distribution network.
- Support customers (stockists) with relevant marketing material.
- Develop assets for omnichannel digital marketing campaigns.


**Education/Degree**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.


**Experience/Industry knowledge**
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, either in-house or in a creative agency.
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
- B2B experience preferred.
- Experience of working with task management tools like Click-Up, Trelo or Monday.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and technical skills across various design projects.
- Hands on experience of working with customers, marketing and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to swiftly readjust priorities to reflect the changes in marketing opportunities.
- Desire to embrace the latest in digital technologies such as AI.
