As a leading figure in the claim’s arena, it’s this same mentality that ensures their clients are happy and the client base grows. The Claims Handler will be responsible for providing technical advice and assisting the Repairs Team.
In return, the Claims Handler will expect a salary of up to £26,000, 25 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Taking on feedback and look for system improvements that will help enhance the case management process
- Being a technical referral point, helping to coach and develop other less experienced team members
- Working with management to carry out audits and identify development needs
- Delivering against key measures of cost control, customer satisfaction and reduced duration
- Providing excellent customer service, putting the customer first and enhancing the customers experience
- Ensuring that strong relationships are built with colleagues, suppliers and brokers
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Team leader experience is imperative
- Being empathetic to customers
- Desire to improve not only yourself but others by listening and sharing your knowledge
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
