Due to project growth the position of **Construction Director** has become available to join our **Heathrow Framework**, based in **Middlesex**

As Heathrow embarks upon its 7th regulatory period “H7”, Costain was awarded two lots as Major Project Partner and Asset Renewal Partner for Terminal 2 - The Queen’s Terminal.

This role is site based

**Role Requirements**
- Ensuring the implementation of our WISE strategy to ensure this is embedded in all design and future works. This include safe-by-design, health-by-design and eliminating harm methodology.

Support implementation of Client, and Programme SHE initiatives in the preconstruction phase.
- Working with the Project Directors, review, agreeing, then implementing across the H7 Programmes best and common delivery and operational standards early in the programme lifecycles, to reduce reliance in the delivery phase to manage and mitigate residual issues.
- Work with industry suppliers, partners, designer and client to representing the Programme and projects, looking for new and improved ways of delivery and introducing and embedding into the planning of the projects and programmes
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
