St Austell, United Kingdom Duchy Group Ltd Full time

Duchy Group are looking for an experienced person to run the Purchase Ledger functions of our group companies (we have a number of them). The role will be based at our Nanpean HQ.

You will be responsible for:
Setting up suppliers on the finance system & maintaining supplier data.

Processing invoices (electronically) into our finance system.

Reconciling supplier statements

Drafting month end payments.

Assisting the Business & Finance Manager with supplier related tasks, as needed.

The person we are looking for needs to, ideally:
Have experience of using accounting software.

Have an eye for detail.

Be consistent with process.

Build good relationships with the finance teams of our suppliers.

Be a team player.

Embrace Duchy ethos.
