Rockstar Dundee is seeking a HR Advisor to support our growing UK teams and be responsible for all general day to day operations in the Dundee studio. This role is initially a standalone position reporting into the wider UK HR team, with support from the Senior HR Advisor and HR Manager in the UK. We are looking for someone who is keen to enhance their skills and experience within a diverse and varied HR role.

This is a full-time permanent position based out of Rockstar's unique game development studio in the heart of Dundee.

**WHAT WE DO**:

- The HR Team is responsible for empowering our employees to reach their greatest potential and create the ground-breaking games we're known for.
- We collaborate with our global HR Partners to develop new initiatives and programs to bring out the best in our teams.
- We ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive working environment through guidance, compliance, and leading by example.
- We help create an environment to attract, develop and retain highly talented people who make ground-breaking games.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Act as a first HR point of contact for employee and welfare queries.
- Ensure all people-related Rockstar policies and best practices are communicated and maintained throughout Rockstar Dundee.
- Advise, coach and support management on ER, disciplinary and grievance, and performance management issues with support from the Senior HR Advisor and HR Manager.
- Work closely with the Admin, Workplace Services & IT teams in the day-to-day running of the Studio; maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Work with our other Studios to ensure a collaborative approach to our HR policies and practices.
- Provide management information reporting to Senior Directors.
- Support the internal immigration requirements, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Maintain and accurately process documentation and employee information on our HR Information System.
- Promote and support Rockstar culture within Rockstar Dundee.
- Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- Manage employee onboarding.
- Oversee the performance review cycle.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 4 years' experience working within HR
- HND/HNC/Degree educated with an HR related discipline (or similar).
- CIPD accredited or working towards.
- Experience working with HR Information Systems.

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Confidentiality, diplomacy and commitment to the needs of Rockstar are essential.
- Excellent understanding of current employment legislation and best practice.
- Strong ability to organise and prioritise workload, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptable and confident dealing with various stakeholders of all levels.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).

**PLUSES**:

- Previous HR experience within the Creative Industries - video games, film, television, music - would be beneficial.
- Experience using Workday HR information system.
