**£36,967 - £43,165 (37 Hours per week, 52 Weeks per year)**

**We’re looking for somebody passionate about quality to develop innovative solutions, encourage new ideas and create real positive change across the college**

As Head of Quality, you’ll be key in our journey from Good to Great, working closely with the Vice Principal for Quality and Standards, you’ll work cross-college to create a dynamic, supportive and innovative environment that encourages high standards and performance.

Using your extensive knowledge and experience you’ll monitor, analyse and report on performance and progress as well as identify areas for development.

**Day-to-day you will**:

- Lead the college’s quality improvement initiatives and strategies
- Ensure support, intervention, review and observation processes are robust
- Support the college Leadership Team in all aspects of external quality assurance
- Identify trends, strengths, weaknesses & opportunities across all aspects of the provision
- Coordinate research and project work between departments where necessary

**After your first year with us, success would mean**:

- Academy and departmental Self Assessment processes are robust and correctly identify strengths and areas to develop
- You’ve developed Quality Improvement Plans which provide clear indications of how improvements will be made
- Internal and external quality assurance activities are communicated, accurate, well organised and lead to rapid and sustained improvement where required

- Have experience in the education sector as this is required to create new procedures and working practices and develop future strategies
- Hold a recognised teaching qualification and have experience managing a curriculum team
