The OutHouse is Essex's only LGBTQ+ services charity. Located at our Colchester city centre base, this role is for a Sessional Counsellor to support adults within the LGBTQ+ community as part of our in-house counselling service.

**Requirements**:

- Fully qualified, with flexible availability to support at least four OutHouse clients each week.
- Willingness to provide counselling over varied mediums, including telephone and online video call
- Good verbal and written communication skills

**Desirable**:

- Previous work experience with or an understanding of the LGBTQ+ community.

Successful applicants will need to complete LGBTQ+ Awareness Training as provided by The OutHouse.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £25.00-£30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
