**Executive Assistant**

This varied and challenging Executive Assistant role is to provide full administrative support for senior leadership.

**Executive Assistant Responsibilities**

Some of your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Managing and maintaining executive schedules, meeting schedule and agendas
- Preparing reports, collecting and analysing information, preparing presentations
- Preparing letters and contracts for signature and review
- Developing, utilising, and retrieving historical data
- Recording meeting discussions and providing minutes
- Supporting executives travel schedules and visitors’ logistics

**Executive Assistant Experience**

To be suitable for this position, you will have previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, providing high level administrative support to senior management/ executive function of an organisation. You will have a first degree in management(or equivalent business administration qualification) or equivalent experience and possess exceptional English language communication skills both verbal and written alongside excellent organisational and time management skills. You will be efficient, accurateand have demonstrable experience of working to tight deadlines. You will be able to influence and negotiate to obtain positive outcomes and enjoy liaising with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the organisation. You will enjoy managing a busy diaryand working to a high standard and will be organised and be able to anticipate problems and ensure early interventions

**Location**

Our client is based in south Oxfordshire and have onsite parking. They operate on a hybrid work basis but with flexibility based on business needs. This is a Full-Time role and you will need to be able to commute to Oxford 3 times a week.
