**Join Our Team as an Administrator**
**Location**: Highgate West Mental Health Centre, Dartmouth Park Hill, London, N19 5NX
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
**Trust**: Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust
**Band**: 4/£12.44 per hour
**Placement**: Temporary, approximately 3 months
Are you a highly organized and motivated individual looking to make a difference? We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team at the Highgate West Mental Health Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the NHS and gain valuable experience.
**What You’ll Be Responsible For**:
- **Liaison**: Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, both within and outside the Trust, as well as with service users and carers.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide a full range of high-quality administrative support to service line teams.
- **Document Preparation**: Accurately type correspondence, complex reports, summaries, and other documents using audio and copy typing.
- **Presentation Preparation**: Create and edit presentations using appropriate software packages.
- **Diary Management**: Manage diaries for allocated managers and professionals efficiently.
- **Prioritization**: Use your initiative to handle and prioritize post and telephone calls.
- **Case Notes Management**: Obtain, create, and maintain service user case notes in line with national standards and Trust policies.

- Ability to use initiative in problem-solving and escalate concerns when necessary.
- _This role may require you to show evidence of NVQ Level 3 or at least 2 years relevant experience. _
