**Role**: HR Administrator

**Location**: North London

**Type**:Temporary, part-time

**Rate**:Up to £12.50p/h

**The HR Administrator role**:
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team. This is a part-time temporary role for a period of 3-4 weeks, working 3 days per week, 9am - 3pm

**Duties of the HR Administrator**:

- Cross checking received signed contracts against those sent out, chasing up outstanding replies and filing
- Sending out communication to staff of contractual changes (mail merging from spreadsheets)
- Assisting with data entry for new system
- Ad hoc HR tasks as required
- Generate reports as needed

**Ideal HR Administrator will have**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an HR department
- Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Google suite is a plus
