This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Service Desk Team Lead to join a leading UK care provider in a highly varied and technical role.
The business is a well-known and respected organisation that provides a niche support service to people with learning or physical disabilities. They are currently undergoing a large IT Transformation project and are looking to add to their Software team.
In this role you will be responsible for ownership of the companies ITSM, Service Desk target setting and monitoring, producing reports on effectiveness of the Service Desk and production of standard operating procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Team Lead looking for a highly varied and technical position offering great opportunities for training and progression.
**The Role**:
*Ownership of the companies ITSM
*Service Desk target setting and monitoring
*Production of standard operating procedures
*Remote role with occasional travel to office - once a month
**The Person**:
*Experience working in a similar role including leading and mentoring a team of Service Desk Analysts
*Experienced on SLA attainment and adherence
*Knowledge on creating and maintaining documentation of IT services and operations
*Must be able to commute to Lichfield on occasion
