**About the role**

To lead the marketing function for our award-winning nursery group, and deliver integrated campaigns across media platforms to promote our strong brand offering, and drive growth for Toad Hall Nursery Group within a highly competitive market. You will need to build external marketing relationships and ensure targets are being met both nursery and company wide. Strong marketing knowledge and skills in all social and online media platforms, event planning, and creating promotional material is essential, along with a desire to continuously look at new ways to deliver a brilliant brand experience to our audience.

**This is an office based role, with visits to our nursery sites and opportunities to work from home.**

**Key tasks and responsibilities**:

- Develop marketing campaigns that deliver a strong brand experience to engage our target audience and increase occupancy rates in the nursery group.
- Understand the best media channels and platforms to cost effectively deliver the right message and use social media to actively research alternative means of promoting our nurseries.
- Produce brand guidelines according to the current branding for the Company and ensure a consistent approach across all media communications. Oversee the development of all marketing campaigns Company wide and site specific in line with the branding of the Company.
- Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define audiences through different mediums. Compiling financial and statistical information for each nursery setting and as a company. Regularly reporting findings to the Company Directors.
- Using initiative to devise and present ideas and strategies to the Company Directors.
- Carrying out promotional activities, both internally and externally in line with the industry climate.
- Writing and proofreading creative copy of all marketing literature.
- Ensuring the Company website, Day nursery, Google and other reviews are in line with Company targets.
- Producing internal marketing literature to align with our organisational culture.
- Monitoring and comparing the performance of settings based on events carried out.
- Coordinating nursery marketing events such as Company wide Open days, Baby programs, and nursery specific requirements to support growth strategies.
- Liaising with marketing reps in each nursery, including regular cluster meetings.
- Carrying out a mystery shopper role across all of our sites and compiling first impressions of the nursery (interior + exterior).
- Working in conjunction with the Recruitment Assistant to promote marketing initiatives across the nurseries via social media platforms.

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Previous experience of working within Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to network
- The ability to prioritise own workload
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong numerical and IT skills
- Good commercial awareness
- Great teamwork skills
- Being adaptable and flexible when needs be
- Good organisation and planning skills
- Creativity and writing skills
