My client is looking for a full time, permanent Payroll Administrator to join their busy finance department. This position will be responsible for the four weekly/Monthly bi weekly and weekly processing of multiple payrolls.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, respectable company.

You will be working in a team of 4 payroll administrators and supported by the payroll manager

Duties will include:

- Processing four weekly payroll (end to end)
- Processing expenses ensuring all figures balance
- Dealing with travel expenses and
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Processing SSP/SMP/SPP
- Processing information relating to AOE, Child support agency and DWP
- Processing BACS payments
- Manual Tax and NI Calculations
- Reconciliation of payroll

Experience/Skills:

- Experience working in a busy payroll department (1000 employees approx.)
- Understanding of PAYE/ Auto-enrolment pensions
- Strong IT knowledge and able to operate MS Excel spreadsheets
