**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a globally distributed software development team including Scrum Masters and senior level developers to deliver a set of technical outcomes across multiple Epics to achieve the enterprise objectives.
- Full technical delivery lifecycle management with full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of software solutions
- Ensuring that solutions are documented to a high standard and level of detail to enable in-service operations.
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure that the work is being delivered to a high-quality standard.
- Collaboratively develop and execute testing plans, manage deployments and releases, and provide post-release support.

**Key Skills / Requirements**
- Proven record of accomplishment of managing development teams. Ability to lead and motivate the team, and act as a servant leader by putting the needs of the team first.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with the team, stakeholders, and management.
- Ability to facilitate meetings such as code reviews, solution demonstrations, game days, testing cycles and create an environment for open communication and collaboration.
- Experience leading and coaching end-to-end agile delivery in a continuous delivery cycle. Capability to drive Agile ceremonies from a technical standpoint.
- Detailed low-level understanding of the technical aspects of the project, including software development at a senior level, testing, and deployment.
