**Responsibilities of the Investment Executive**:

- Investment Sourcing and Appraisals.
- Negotiating terms and conditions with potential Investments
- Preparing investment reports
- Ensuring Legal / Financial Compliance
- Experience of analysing financial information and credit report preparation
- Strong communicator with excellent networking skills.
- Previous experience within a financial role would be beneficial.

**The Package**:

- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
