**Pay**: £16 - £18 per hour including holiday pay

**Duration**: Part-time or full-time

Reed - Further Education are seeking progress development coaches to work in a FE college in East Riding of Yorkshire to provide support to learners, and provide personal development sessions, both 1:1 and group.

**What’s the day-to-day responsibilities of a Personal Development Coach?**
- To plan and deliver effective personal development / employability sessions up to 20 groups of FE students.
- Sessions will cover employability skills, CV writing, job searches, Fundamental British Values and Mental Health and Wellbeing.
- Will liaise with the Advice, Support and Careers department and book in sessions for students.
- To help with career advice, job searching and career meetings.
- To set and review SMART targets.

**What are the required skills and qualifications needed for this role?**
- Experience within FE, teaching, or education
- Experience with teaching or supporting students who have SEN.
- Experience of delivery workshops, lessons, or sessions to individuals. Ideally within employability or personal development.
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners to achieve their optimum
- Exceptional verbal /written communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current teaching practices and experience of utilising a range of teaching practices to enhance learner journey and progression
