You’ll join our friendly team in Warrington as a Part-Time Support Worker **doing a minimum of 15 hours per week.**

The various** shift** **patterns** through which we provide 1:1 support are:
9am - 4.30pm (day shift)

7:30am - 3pm

2.3pm-10pm (with sleep attached some weeks)

In addition to your £10.50 an hour base salary, you’ll have the opportunity to work sleep-ins* at £60 per night. You’ll also have the pleasure of receiving the Blue Light discount card and making savings at the checkout, along with other benefits detailed below.

As a Support Worker, you will join a a dedicated, resilient, enthusiastic team providing support to 4 amazing people. You would be part of a friendly team that aims to deliver** support that is personalised,** to the unique circumstances and needs of the people we are supporting.

You would be supporting 3 wonderful men and a lady who all are between the age 40 - 65 years, to lead a happy and meaningful life. They all like going out and also love spending time at home doing arts and crafts.

Also, as a support worker, you will provide a wide range of assistance with personal care, managing medication and finances, building a strong relationship, enjoying hobbies and developing new skills.

Your ability to drive unlocks the opportunities for people to do the things they really enjoy. **S**o you must be a driver with a valid UK manual license**. Don't worry You won't be racing between appointments.

- _If you’re not familiar with it, for a sleep-in shift, you sleep at the home overnight in a spare room, ready to wake up and provide support if someone is restless. In the Warrington area, we pay £60 per sleep-in._

At Macintyre we fully support your training and development. We know it can be daunting to start a new job, and not everyone learns the same way, so throughout your probation we will provide you with a mixture of eLearning, face-to-face training and mentoring support whilst on the job.

These teams, along with your Manager, will provide you with opportunities to learn and develop professionally as well as enabling and supporting you to achieve professional qualifications and career progression opportunities - all free of charge.
