**Join our compassionate team & create wonders We are looking for part time support workers in Warrington. No experience needed**

**We are looking for people to support adults with learning disabilities to live lives that make sense to them. You must be a driver with a UK manual licence. **In addition to your annual salary, you’ll have the opportunity to work sleep-ins* at £60 per night.**

**We have the following shifts available**:

- 7.00am - 2.30pm _**or **_7.30am - 3.00pm_
- 2.30pm - 10.00pm _

Let us introduce you to just one of the amazing people who draws on MacIntyre's support in Warrington. Sarah lives in her own home and is supported by MacIntyre to enjoy her independence. She loves pampering herself with a massage, foot spa, or facial, and is always keen to get out and about in Warrington to shop, visit local markets, and get some fresh air. Once she has built a relationship with someone, she is very kind-natured, often asking after you and making sure you are OK. Could you be the kind of enthusiastic, patient person who could encourage her to live her best life?
- _If you’re not familiar with it, for a sleep-in shift, you sleep at the person’s home overnight in the spare room, ready to wake up and provide support if someone is restless. _

**About you**

Experience isn’t always necessary to become a Support Worker If you have the right attitude, good customer service skills, share our values and are willing to learn, you’re likely to be a great fit. **Training and Development**

At Macintyre we fully support your training and development. We know it can be daunting to start a new job, and not everyone learns the same way, so throughout your probation we will provide you with a mixture of eLearning, face-to-face training and mentoring support whilst on the job.

But it doesn't stop there - throughout your career with us you will have access to our own dedicated in house Learning and Development team, Quality Specialists and HR Teams. These teams, along with your Manager, will provide you with opportunities to learn and develop professionally as well as enabling and supporting you to achieve professional qualifications and career progression opportunities - all free of charge.
