**Role summary**:
We are seeking an early career professional to provide support across an increasing range of research, impact, data analysis, and evaluation projects.

Tasks will include collecting, managing, and analysing data, and producing insightful slide decks for executive internal and external audiences. The Research and Insight Officer will have the opportunity to work with Careers Hubs across the country who are engaged in testing approaches to careers education through our Hub Incubation Projects Fund. Other forthcoming projects include stakeholder surveys and case study development.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Designing processes for collecting and managing data.
- Analysing data collected from schools, colleges, businesses, and young people about the quality of careers provision and student outcomes, as a key input for our Company impact moments.
- Delivering stakeholder surveys, including designing questions collaboratively, programming surveys, communications, data management and analysis.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on the evaluation of programmes.

**Essential criteria**:

- Research and problem-solving skills in quantitative and qualitative methods and analysis.
- The ability to write and present clearly and persuasively for a range of audiences.
- Proactive, solution-focused and creative.
- Pragmatic and adaptable.
- Appetite for learning and professional development.
