Our children's home are currently recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker **with a joining bonus of £500** We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them. This role also involves supporting the Registered Manager to run a successful staff team and to oversee the day to day operation of the home.

Our home supports up to three young people of either gender between the age of 8 to 18 years of age. The young people we support have challenging behaviours and emotional behavioural difficulties.

**A Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential and Childcare is essential, as well as previous experience within a residential childcare setting.**
