Our client is looking for an experienced and effective Warehouse Manager to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations at their site in Iver.

Established in the 1920s, our client is a trusted service provider and transportation specialist for a number of well-known brands and manufacturing organisations across a range of industries.

As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

You will report directly to management to discuss issues regarding the Warehouse, what targets are set and what is expected of you daily.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

**Typical responsibilities of the job include**:

- Processing orders
- Operating IT Systems (Stock Control, Courier, Microsoft Office etc)
- Prioritising workload and managing time efficiently
- Maintaining warehouse organisation and structure
- Meeting targets and deadlines set by management
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept to a clean and presentable standard
- Maintaining the warehouse by initiating, coordinating, managing and enforcing warehouse operations and enforcing company policies
- Monitoring security and health and safety procedure
- Maintaining warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
- Motivating, organising and encouraging teamwork within the warehouse to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded

- Proven work experience as a warehouse manager or warehouse supervisor, looking to step up
