**Role Overview**:
As the Commercial Property Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the firm, actively contributing to the growth of your department.

The salary banding is £55,000 to £75,000 per annum, negotiable dependent on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage a diverse caseload with support from our experienced management team.
- Utilize your existing client network and engage in marketing and business development specific to commercial property law.
- Ensure strict compliance with legal regulations and stay abreast of industry changes related to commercial property transactions.
- Contribute to the development and management of the existing team, focusing on commercial property matters.

**What We're Looking For**:
To excel, you should possess:

- Client-Centric Focus: Exceptional client-facing and relationship-building skills specific to commercial property matters.
- Legal Acumen: Ability to simplify complex legal matters related to commercial property for clients.
- Business Development: A strong network and following, with good networking capabilities in the commercial property sector.
- Legal Expertise: Top-notch drafting and negotiation skills, with a focus on commercial property transactions.
- Commercial Insight: Unmatched commercial awareness and experience in commercial property transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Time-served: A minimum of 10 years post-qualified experience is ideal.
- Collaborative Spirit: Willingness to work alongside legal and non-legal professionals.
