Then come join us as a Customer Service Advisor and you’ll work **Monday to Friday**, just 37.5 hours a week **No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training** We offer a basic salary of **£21,255 **p/a plus a generous quarterly bonus so you can earn **up to £25,255 per year**. You’ll also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers - Towergate, part of the Ardonagh Group.

With a **start date in early March**, you’ll have a 4-week induction followed by an 8-week training academy. We’re committed to providing the support you need to thrive, ensuring you step into your role with confidence. But it doesn’t end there - your journey continues with **ongoing development opportunities** as we invest in your career growth with us in the Insurance industry.

**So, what does the role of a Customer Service Advisor here involve?**
- Efficiently manage high call volumes in our dynamic contact centre environment meeting and exceeding performance KPI’s and targets.
- You will need to enjoy working in a team, we work hard, help and support each other and we’re driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives all whilst having a lot of fun
