Due to significant growth, BM Bi folding doors are looking for a proven and experienced admin / receptionist to join our team based in Middlesbrough

Your duties will include:

- Professionally answering all inbound enquires (including sales enquiries and business-related enquiries), transferring where appropriate.
- Accurately collecting details in relation to sales enquires, placing all leads on a designated online system
- Maintaining records within the appropriate systems throughout the office space
- Complete general admin roles to assist on the smooth running of the main office.
- Sitting front of house welcoming visitors into the showroom being able to show them around the showroom presenting the products we produce within the company confidently.
- There is opportunity for growth within the role potentially assisting in sales quotations during busy periods.

Key skills required:

- A keen and enthusiastic nature.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organised, with an eye for detail.
- Good team player.
- high level on most computer systems
- Diverse within the job role taking on multiple tasks.

This role is full time, 40 hrs per week Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm (open to covering some Saturdays 10 - 1), based at our Showroom in Middlesbrough which offers free on-site parking.

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Minimum Wage

40 hours (overtime hours may become available on a Saturday)

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday
