**Change Management Lead - FIXED TERM CONTRACT**

Here at DWF we are looking to bring a Change Management Lead in on a 16 month** FIXED TERM CONTRACT **at a exciting time of development and innovation.** **As a Change Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Digital Transformation Programme's workstream leads to implement effective change management initiatives. Reporting to the Business Manager and working closely with various stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions, embedding new ways of working, and achieving successful business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and manage the Change Management and Communications roadmap day to day.
- Lead change management activities to support the adoption of required changes.
- Assess change impact and readiness, conducting impact analyses and identifying key stakeholders.
- Provide proactive Change Management guidance to business leaders and project managers.
- Co-develop key messages and communication toolkits for deployment across the business.
- Work with SMEs and the Internal Communications Manager to deliver compelling content.
- Collaborate with divisional sponsors and project SMEs to create champions/advocates in the organization.
- Work with SMEs and L&D to support the identification of learning needs and delivery of training materials.
- Enable the handover of plans and capability, supporting the transition into BAU and continuous improvement.
- Develop short and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives to monitor adoption of change and analyze performance metrics.
- Support the Business Manager in developing and implementing a benefits management and realization plan.

**Experience Required**:

- Comprehensive knowledge of Change Management practices, procedures, and principles.
- Demonstrable experience in change management, project management, or consulting.
- Extensive experience involving global multi-location organizations with complex working environments.
- Proven track record of influencing a wide stakeholder group to achieve business goals.
- Recognized accreditation in Change/Project Management (e.g., APMG Change Management - Practitioner, PRINCE 2, PMI, APMP, or equivalent).
