IAG Cargo are the cargo brand of the International Airlines Group, you will work across the globally recognised brands of IAG Cargo, which includes Aer Lingus, British Airways, Iberia, Level and Vueling.

We are looking for individuals who have an interest in the growing and ever-changing world of global logistics. In this role, you will receive contact from existing customers who will enquire about capacity and price to move goods from one part of the world to another, it’s like being a travel agent for cargo rather than people. Using internal systems, you will explore capacity and price options and present these to the customer, always one step ahead of the competition.

**Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:

- Cargo Reservations for an existing established client base
- Managing quotes requests using internal systems to generate the price
- Advising customers on the various service and price options
- Working with internal IT platforms to record quotes and make reservations
- Development of relationships and recording of activity in our Customer Relationship Management System

- Vision to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions
- Ability to follow and ensure compliance with operational processes
- Disciplined in time management and ability to work under pressure without supervision
- Good IT literacy and ability to learn and use external and internal systems/programs
- Strong customer orientation, capable of generating respect among customers of all size in all of the relevant markets and cultures
- Numerical literacy and strong analytical skills
