**The Best Connection are currently seeking experienced call handlers for our client in the Mansfield area**

**Working within a busy working environment, the responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Inbound & outbound calls will be the main role of the job
- Escalating problems to other members of the team
- Data entry / use of computer software
- Liaising with internal departments
- General administration duties
- Have a great knowledge of problem solving
- Work hard to deliver the best possible outcome, and provide the best service
- Excel at building rapport with customers
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and communication

**Working hours**:

- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Pay rate is £11 to begin with, however there is also the potential of a pay increase, following a successful probation period

**A full CV will be required, followed by an interview directly with the company**
**Benefits & Requirements**:

- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- 24hr Oncall Support
- Induction Training
- Ongoing Assignment
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
