What we offer:
The Project Controls function deliver, maintain and manage controls across projects including Cost Management, Planning & Scheduling, Risk Management & Contract Administration. PMO controller specialized in implementing best cost control and scheduling practices on projects will be responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring a schedule and cost control management system and will support to maintain and manage a standard and consistent full suite of Project Controls.
- Leads ongoing projects cost and schedule analysis, forecasting, and change management to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules and cost.
- Provide progress reporting documents as required. Develop reporting tools to communicate complex project sequencing and/or progress assessments (EVM, SPI,CPI). Responsible for reporting cost and schedule slippage or other variances across global portfolio
- Analyze project/program performance to detect early deviations from schedule and cost plans.
- Lead project controlling process and tooling improvement initiatives
- Provide support to regional Project controllers & execution teams
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to assist in forecasting and scheduling process standardization and improving business practices.
- Drive the creation, training, and maintenance of project cost control processes and programs. Train internal staff on cost control and scheduling methods and tools

Tasks and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
- 10+ years' experience as a project controller / project scheduler
- Five-year minimum experience with tracking, analyzing, and developing contingency plans based on EVM reports. Project scope should have included engineering, fabrication/manufacturing, installation/construction, and commissioning phases.
- Demonstrated experience scheduling the design and construction of large-scale, complex

projects; including developing and managing a progress reporting methodology

for a complicated design effort.
- Training and/or experience in Quality management systems, problem solving methodologies, and continuous improvement experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate progress and issues to a technical
- and management-level multiple audiences

(executive level, customer-facing level & detail project manager level)
- Experience in establishing and sustaining an effective KPI-driven operating / execution cadence.

Demonstrated outstanding team building skills with the ability to improve interaction and efficiency as well as the ability to break down barriers / silos
